What are my shipping options?

We will be providing the following options (please allow 3-4 weeks to process your order: 

USPS First Class Domestic 2-4 days 

USPS Priority Domestic 1-3 days 

USPS First Class Intl 8-14 days 

USPS Priority Intl 6-10 days 

Please note, although we do not anticipate any issues, all orders are still subject to delays due to inclement weather, covid-19 restrictions and other general delays. We will ensure your package is sent out in time but once the package leaves our facility, it falls under the liability of the courier and can be subject to issues that are out of our control- you will need to contact the according shipping service for updates on any delays or shipping errors within 30 days from placing your order. *Please note there may be partial shipments between music and merch items* 

What is your return / refund policy?

All sales are final. Once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods received, please contact customer service immediately to review and resolve within 7 days from receiving your order. 

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding trackinginformation. Please be sure to double check all information, including email, beforechecking out to ensure a quick shipping process. If you do not receive a confirmation emailwithin 24 hours please reach out to customer service to ensure your order has been processed.

What if my package is lost?

Although we do not anticipate any issues, all orders are still subject to delays due to inclement weather, covid-19 restrictions and other general delays. We will ensure your package is sent out in time but once the package leaves our facility, it falls under the liability of the courier and can be subject to issues that are out of our control- you will need to

contact the according shipping service for updates on any delays or shipping errors. As the recipient, you can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

Please note that the claim must be filed no later than 60 days after the shipping date.

What if I made an error on my shipping address or billing information?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once orders are processed in our system. Pleasebe sure to double check all information before checking out to ensure a quick shippingprocess. If you notice an error, please info@ravenbvarona.com immediately so we can tryto fix any errors. Unfortunately, billing information may not be changed. Please note that weare not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping address being provided with your order.

Can I modify my order?

Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. Please be sure to double check allinformation before checking out to ensure a quick shipping process. If you notice an error, please contact customer service immediately so we can try to fix any errors.

What if my order is damaged?

Please reach out to customer service for any further questions with a clear photo anddescription of your damaged item(s). Inquiries must be made within 7 days from receiving your order. Item will not be accepted if worn or washed.
